With the 2026 FIFA World Cup coming to an end, a brand new cycle begins for the National Teams in the region of North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. On Thursday night, CONCACAF broadcast on Fox Sports 2 its draw for the 2026-27 CONCACAF Nations League with a brand new logo and preparations for the group stages, when these matches will be played in the fall of 2026. 41 nations will be drawn into their respective groups and in their respective leagues to hope for Promotion, dread relegation, and hoping to qualify for the 2027 Gold Cup.

Two former players help as draw assistants

Two former players arrived in downtown Miami to help select the balls out of the three leagues’ respective pots to place the different teams where they will be going and who they will be facing. Jaime Peneda, formerly of Panama‘s National Team, and Billy Forbes, recently retired from playing for the Turks and Caicos National Team, went on stage to draw the respective teams in their groups for this new edition of the Nations League. After 37 of the 41 teams had all the balls drawn from a total of 13 pots in three separate leagues, here are the results.

LEAGUE A GROUPS:

GROUP A: COSTA RICA, HAITI, TRINIDAD & TOBAGO, CURACAO, NICARAGUA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

GROUP B: HONDURAS, JAMAICA, GUATEMALA, SURINAME, MARTINIQUE, EL SALVADOR

LEAGUE A QUARTERFINALS:

The top four ranked teams have been placed in the League A Quarterfinals. The top two teams in both groups will face Canada, Mexico, USA, and Panama based on their total points and possible tiebreakers if the points are equal. The fourth-ranked team will face the best points total in either 1A/1B; the third-ranked team will face the second-best points total in either 1A/1B. The third-ranked team will face the third-best points total in either 2A/2B, and the top-ranked team will face the fourth-best points total in a goal aggregate setting. These matches will be played in the November International window.

LEAGUE B GROUPS:

GROUP A: GUYANA, PUERTO RICO, DOMINICA, CAYMAN ISLANDS

GROUP B: GUADELOUPE, BERMUDA, ST. LUCIA, BARBADOS

GROUP C: CUBA, GRENADA, ST. KITTS & NEVIS, BONAIRE

GROUP D: FRENCH GUIANA, ST. VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES, BELIZE, SINT MAARTEN (Dutch Saint Martin)

LEAGUE C GROUPS:

GROUP A: MONTSERRAT, TURKS & CAICOS, BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS

GROUP B: ANTIGUA & BARBUDA, ARUBA, ANGUILLA

GROUP C: SAINT MARTIN (French), BAHAMAS, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS

Group Stage International Windows

All group stage matches and the Quarterfinals of League A will be played in the international windows of the brand new September/October Combined window that starts on September 21st till October 6th, for two and a half weeks, and the November Window from the ninth till the 17th. The pathway to improve competition across the entire region of the Americas. From the North Zone, the Central Zone, the Caribbean Zone, and the three nations that are part of South America will fight each other to reach for the chance to win trophies in their respective leagues in the 2027 March International Window.
