Bad Dawg Media Group® — We Didn’t Just Level Up, We Changed the Game.
Bad Dawg Sports® is now part of something bigger. Welcome to Bad Dawg Media Group® — the flagship U.S. media company that Bad Dawg Sports® was always building toward. Same team. Same relentless commitment to real reporting. Now with a wider lens, a louder voice, and a seat at the table of American media.
This wasn’t a pivot; it is just a part of the bigger plan for the company.
WHO WE ARE
Bad Dawg Media Group® is a registered United States media company headquartered in Wyoming, with operations spanning New York, New Jersey, Florida, Washington D.C., and California. We cover sports, entertainment, national news, local news, and everything in between. We are former athletes, coaches, referees, journalists, and insiders who got tired of watching media outlets miss the stories that actually matter, so we built our own.
Under the Bad Dawg Media Group® umbrella, Bad Dawg Sports® remains our flagship sports division — the beating heart of everything we do. But we’ve always been more than a sports outlet. Today, that truth is front and center.
We are a full-spectrum American media company, and the world is going to know our name.

Our Mission
“To deliver unparalleled global coverage of sports, local and national news, entertainment, and beyond. That goes further than the headlines, providing our audience with insider perspectives, authentic storytelling, and passionate analysis from former athletes, industry insiders, and credentialed journalists. We connect our audience to the stories that matter most, from Gotham area teams and United States Military coverage to international competitions and national news, fostering a community where every voice matters regardless of age, background, or allegiance.”
The Story Behind the Name
Bad Dawg Media Group® was founded by J.J. Pavlick, with George W. Pavlick Jr. serving as Co-Founder — two men shaped by military family values, a love of sports, and a belief that this country deserves better journalism.
George W. Pavlick Jr. is a United States Marine who served during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged. A standout basketball player from Brooklyn, New York, George chose a life of service over college and professional sports — a decision that defines the character behind this company.
J.J. Pavlick is a multi-sport athlete, former multi-sports coach at the youth and collegiate levels (Division I and III), USSF-certified referee, and credentialed journalist with degrees in Marine Biology and Journalism. J.J. opened a sports agency in 2018, navigated through the turbulence caused by COVID and that of a post-COVID world, and in 2021 launched Bad Dawg Sports® — built on a lifetime of sports experience, institutional relationships, and an uncompromising commitment to accuracy.
That growth didn’t stop; it expanded into something bigger: Bad Dawg Media Group®.
J.J. has personally been featured in TheCup.US, the Daily Mail UK & Australia, Yahoo Sports, and the New York Post. He has also appeared on numerous podcasts including Seeing Red, AJM Sports, Red Bull Discussion Group, and StreamPunk Sports Entertainment. Our team holds press credentials across every major professional league in the United States and leagues and competitions around the world, with an exclusive content partnership with Red Bull Global, covering Red Bull across every competition, club, and event worldwide.
We’ve earned every credential, built every relationship, and we’re just getting started.
