That little golden trophy will have people visiting it inside the tri host nations
Zurich, SUI- The International Soccer Federation FIFA (Federation of International Football Association) has announced dates for its World Cup Trophy to travel across the countries of Canada, Mexico, and the United States, so fans can visit and take pictures of it or themselves next to the trophy. This highlights the FIFA World Cup Tournament starting this summer, when the opening match will be on Thursday, June 11th, when Mexico will host South Africa at the Estadio Azteca in Mexico City.
Planned trip to all cities and World Cup Host Cities
Along with one of their title sponsors, Coca-Cola, FIFA will be heading to cities that will be World Cup Host Cities and other cities that won’t host games, to give all fans of the game a good chance to purchase tickets and visit the World Cup Trophy. From April 10th, the tour begins in Canada in Vancouver, then it will move to Mexico on February 26th in Mexico City, and then it begins in the USA on March 24th in Los Angeles, until it finishes in the New York City/North New Jersey Area on June 3rd.
