For the second time this season and since Round 1 of the 2026 MLS Season, Julian Hall has won Player of the Matchday in Round 13, with his Hat Trick in the 3-2 Victory against the Columbus Crew. Since the season opener in Orlando, Julian Hall has been on a tear, consistently scoring nine goals in League play with three in the U.S. Open Cup, 12 in all competitions. Once head coach Michael Bradley gave Hall the nod over Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting as the starting striker, he’s done nothing but put the ball into the back of the net. He’s currently one goal shy of 10 on the season, and has two matches remaining before the World Cup break: against NYCFC and on the road at Sporting Kansas City.
Red Bull New York’s Julian Hall wins his second Player of the Matchday award for his first career Hat Trick in midweek action against the Columbus Crew.
