The top four sides will battle each other to reach the final
The four club teams that have reached the Semi-Finals of the 2025 Central American Cup will pay two big legs to see which side will make the finals, and the Quarterfinals Losers will battle each other in the play-in matches to qualify for the 2026 CONCACAF Champions Cup.
