The Confederation of North America, Central America, and the Caribbean Football has announced its setup for the new edition of its Nations League Tournament that will begin after the World Cup in the 2026 international windows from September to November in 2026, the semifinals, third place match, and the Championship Final in March of 2027, and will be held at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California The U.S. Men’s National Team won the first three championships, till Mexico won the fourth edition. The bi-annual tournament serves as the qualification tournament for the 2027 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
41 Nations (35 FIFA members and six non-FIFA members) will be separated into three different leagues to play in their respective groups to see who will advance to the Gold Cup, and who will get promoted or relegated between the leagues for the next edition in 2028/29. The Draw for all three leagues in the upcoming tournament will be on Thursday, July 23rd. The FIFA International match windows will be in the new combined two-week period between September 21st and October 6th, then the November window from the 9th through the 17th.
League A: Teams and procedures
The 16 National Teams that have remained and been promoted from League B will be involved with two groups of six, while the top four-ranked nations from CONCACAF will automatically advance to the Quarterfinals and await their opponents. The next 12 will be drawn into two groups of six and will play in a Swiss-style group stage; the top two winners of each group automatically qualify for the Gold Cup and advance to the Nations League Quarterfinals. The third and fourth place finishers advance to the Gold Cup Qualifiers, the last two teams who finish fifth and last will advance to the Play-In Round and get relegated to League B.

Semi-Finals, third-place match & Finals, March 25th – 28th, 2027
League B: Teams and procedures
The 16 National Teams that have remained or have been promoted from League C, and relegated from League A, will be involved in four groups of four. The four group winners will be promoted to League A and have automatic qualification to the Gold Cup. Two of the best four second-place finishers will advance to the Gold Cup Qualifiers. The four last-place teams will be relegated to League C. Each team will play home and away, and for the first time, there will be a League B Championship as the four group winners will face each other in the Semi-Finals and a final match-up.

League C: Teams and procedures
The nine National Teams that have remained or have been relegated from League B will be involved in three groups of three. The three group winners and the best second-place team will advance to the play-in games against the bottom two teams in the two groups of League A. They will also get promoted to League B. Each team will play home and away, and there will be a League C Championship.
LEAGUE C TEAMS: ANGUILLA, ANTIGUA & BARBUDA, ARUBA, BAHAMAS, BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS, MONTSERRAT, SAINT MARTIN (FRENCH), TURKS AND CAICOS, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS.
