The Brooklyn Cyclones’ April 5 matchup against the Hudson Valley Renegades has been postponed due to rain, the team announced. The game will be made up on May 21 as part of a single‑admission doubleheader at Maimonides Park, with both games scheduled for seven innings under MiLB rules.
Implications of Rain Out
With the postponement, Hudson Valley remains 2–0 on the season after sweeping the opening two games, while Brooklyn stays at 0–2 following the rain‑shortened series.
The Cyclones now head to New Jersey for a six‑game road trip against the Jersey Shore BlueClaws from April 7–12, where they’ll look to regroup, reset, and finally break into the win column.
Fans holding tickets for the postponed April 5 game may exchange them for any remaining 2026 Cyclones home game, subject to availability under the team’s standard rainout policy.
