Option 1: Direct Contact Method
Email Us: Send your opt-out request to privacy@bad-dawgsports.com with “Opt-Out
Request” in the subject line.
Include in Your Email:

- Confirmation that you are a resident of a qualifying US state
Option 2: Website Contact Form
Visit our Contact Page and submit an opt-out request through our contact form.
Option 3: Social Media
Send a direct message to @jj_pavlick on Twitter with your opt-out request.
Option 4: Global Privacy Control (GPC)
You may choose to enable online, where available, a universal tool that automatically
communicates your opt-out preferences, such as the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). We
will process the GPC signal as a request to opt out.
To Enable GPC:
- Use browsers that support GPC (such as Brave, Firefox with privacy extensions)
- Install browser extensions that enable GPC
- Check your browser’s privacy settings for GPC options

What Happens When You Opt Out
- Advertising: You may continue to see advertising, including ads that may be based on
personal information processed before you opted out - Content Access: Opting out will not affect your ability to read our sports news content
- Newsletter: You can still receive our newsletter if subscribed (separate from
advertising opt-out) - Website Functionality: Basic website features will continue to work normally

- Browser/Device Specific: Your opt-out choice may be specific to the browser and
device you’re using
- Cookie Clearing: If you clear your cookies or use another browser/device, you may
need to opt out again - Third-Party Sites: You may need to separately opt out from social media platforms and
other third-party sites - Processing Time: We will process your opt-out request within 15 business days
Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your
opt-out request. This may include:
- Confirming your email address
- Asking for additional identifying information
- Verifying your state of residence
AUTHORIZED AGENTS
If you are an authorized agent making a request on behalf of a consumer, you must:
- Provide written authorization from the consumer
- Verify your own identity
- Provide proof of your authority to act on the consumer’s behalf
